I would highly recommend Gabby for Conflict Management Training. She provided our Care Navigation team with Conflict Management and Assertiveness training which were both excellent. The courses have had such a positive impact on our team’s skills and confidence when dealing with challenging conversations. She also did a great job in tailoring the course to the needs and issues being faced within our own team.
