So, what is Resilience?

People talk about bouncebackability.  It is about bouncing back from adversity, and stressful situations.  It’s also about falling over, learning to get back up again, learning from the experience, evolving, learning new coping skills, and moving forward

Understanding that STRESS IS A NORMAL PART OF LIFE.  IT’S INEVITABLE.  Pain is a normal part of the journey.
